I totally supported GEJ when he removed this subsidy in 2012

and i will support GMB to remove it. nonsense

we cant be held to ransome by some greedy vampires who think they are doing us a favour.

let petrol rise to 200 naira and see how investors will flood the market.

giving us the right to choice.

if subsidy is removed, competition will crash the market in less than two years.

why cant we make the sacrifice now and enjoy later but NO, we remain the most impatient people.
there is nothing to enjoy in the removal of subsidy because the cabal will still be the one to enjoy the high prices.

The oil sector is very different from the telecommunication sector.

I totally agree with you. But we all should be reminded that subsidy removal was never the total problem but the fact that the partial removal (SURE-P) was a comprehensive scam as the populace didn't benefit @all. A gradual removal of subsidy till total removal and implementation. Of. The removal will surely go a long way.

you dont get it.

we have had countless investors come arround and asses our oil sector but run because the profit is not guaranteed with subsidy. the rush in telcom sector will be childs play compared to what will happen when subsidy is totally removed.

it may go as high as 220 per liter but may later fall to as low as 40 naira a liter

the cabal will enjoy the prices for just two years...is it not better to sacrifice it now than bury our entire future in less than 30 people.

Subsidy has been totally removed on diesel.
The price of diesel has been remained the same despite the fall of oil price in international market.
Why do you think the price of diesel doesn't obey simple economy law?
Nigeria case is a serious and sorry one.
We need a leader that will reset our brains so that we start thinking aright.

The problem of Nigeria has moved from leadership to followership. Mob mentality and absolute illiteracy seems to be the biggest problem.

The apathy to every form of government structure and tribalism has blinded Nigerians to objectivity.

Nigerians never sits to think for the long term and common good. Once government is one side, then that's the wrong side.

NPDC has made a mess of their operations and efforts have been made to optimize their production by the outgoing govt and people are here calling for GEJ's head

When GEJ attempted removal of subsidy in 2012, Nigerians hits the streets.... Today they still blame govt when the oil marketers hold the country to ransom

Note this: Without the support of the masses, No president Buhari or GEJ can salvage the economy...... because Nigerians are ready tools in the hands of the enemies of Nigeria.

And I personally think that APC campaign strategy and election result maps has heightened the political awareness, broadened the divide across the regions. Unfortunately patriotism might be far fetched in the coming years and we will still play into the hands of troubles.

Before you quote me, read to understand.

I heard from some sources in NPDC that the minister sold e operatorship to herself, using one funny company that was incorporated a few months before the sale. If also learnt it is pure fraud and that she is transferring all government assets to herself using various fronts so that she can keep stealing even after leaving power.

This woman is truly the mother of evil.

The concept of fuel subsidy is a fraud. Buhari has said so and so has David-West.

Anybody who waits till the eve of a new govt assuming office to go on strike is an enemy of the incoming government and of the country.

These people are probably working for America and other enemies of Nigeria to sabotage Buhari's govt possibly to justify the military coup America may be planning.

Remove subsidy 1001 times, it still won't work until there is a total reform in the oil sector.
