Good day people,

I would like to know what documents you would get from the land seller when you buy farmland.

I was informed it was just the following

1 receipt
2 deed of agreement

But I was thinking I would also get the survey. The seller already has a layout but it's not yet signed from the surveyor's office.

Kindly advice me gurus.

bro pls i will advice u to get ur lawyer ready. do a thorough research on the land before u purchase it oooooooooo. try and get a prepared lawyer document about the land. happy farming.

try and also get a good surveyor that will map out ur purchase land very well.
