Entitlements Of A Former Presidents Of Federal Republic Of Nigeria – NASS by niyiguy(m): 12:14pm On May 26, 2015
Below prerequisites are entitlements approved by the National Assembly for all former Presidents of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Personal Staff

1.(1) An officer not below the rank of a Chief Administrative Officer in the Civil Service.
(2) A Personal Secretary not below Grade Level 12 in the Civil Service both of whom shaft be elected by the former President, and paid by the Federal Government.

Security
2.(1) Four armed policemen;
(2) One State Security Service Officer not below Grade Level 10 as an Aide de Camp to be attached to the former President and paid by the State Security Service.

Vehicles
3.(1) Three vehicles to be bought by the Federal Government and liable to be replaced every four years.
(2) Three drivers who shall be selected by the former

Protocol
4. (1) Diplomatic Passport for life.
(2) Full protocol commensurate with his status as former President.

Medical Services and Vacation
5.(1) Free medical treatment for all Government-owned hospitals and medical facilities for the former President and his immediate family within Nigeria.
(2) When necessary treatment abroad for former Presidents and his immediate family at Federal Government expense.
(3) 30 days annual vacation within or outside Nigeria at Federal Government expense.

Provision of Office Accommodation
6. A well furnished and equipped office in any
location of the choice of the former President in Nigeria.

Provision of Residential Accommodation
7. A well furnished 5 bedroom house to be provided in any location of the choice of the former President in Nigeria.

Postal Privileges
All former President shall be entitled to send non-political mails within and outside Nigeria as franked mail marked “POSTAGE PAID”.

Telephone
9. One direct telephone line provided and maintained at Federal Government expense.

National Flag
10. The National Flag shall be flown at half mast for a period of three days after the death of a former President as a sign of national mourning at-
(a) all federal public buildings;
(b) ground and Naval vessels of the Federal Government;
(c) at all Nigerian Embassies outside Nigeria.

Not complete.... include the 23 million naira monthly salary plus other things

If PMB pays all these, what will be left for the common man. They shud all die to save some cost for the nation as some of them are MOTOR PARK TOUTS while some are CLUELESS
