Eden Hazard has added another award to his already burgeoning trophy cabinet for season 2014/15. The Belgian winger was named the Chelsea Players’ Player of the Year at the Premier League champions’ end- of-season wards night on Tuesday. Hazard, 24, also won the PFA, Football Writers’ Association and Premier League Player of the Year awards this term, in what a season of individual brilliance. The former Lille star scored 19 goals and provided 11 assists in all competitions this season, also making the PFA Team of the Year. other awards include; Best goal of the year= Oscar vs QPR Young player of the year= Kurt zouma Academy player of the year= Dominic solanke. Chelsea women player of the year= Aluko Eniola
