Lamentation Against High Expectation by BestGovernance(f): 7:04pm On May 28, 2015 |
LAMENTATIONS AGAINST HIGH EXPECTATIONS I will like to adhere to my earlier stand on our incoming government epistles of lamentation gushing out on daily basis. Let me call their attention to what now seems obvious to them in the wake of their enthronement are main reasons some Nigerians voted for them. If it had been rosy we wouldn't have been part of their orchestrated change to offset the incumbent. So, they should remember that Nigerians expectations have been raised by their campaign promises with bad pictures they have portrayed the outgoing government. Therefore, all these sermons of outgoing government's failure preaching to our ears by the incoming will remain baseless for our highly raised hopes to be dashed. Indeed they need our support but standing on premises of failure of outgoing government as reasons for non-actualizing their promised hopes will tantamount to their improper homework or misleading odyssey. At this point, era of campaigning is over, so they should put on their thinking caps and stop demonizing the outgoing government. Finally, our expectation should not be cut off, come tomorrow, May 29th, 2015, there should be no more excuses but actions to salvage our nation.
