|Video Game Centre Timer by samo(m): 11:29am On Jun 03, 2015|
Hello everyone, I run a video gaming centre but I am having trouble with my boys who man the place for me, remitting the correct amount to me at the end of the day. Please does anyone know if there is a way to have a timer (just like GoCybertix timer used in cafes) can be attached to the video games. I have PS2, PS3, XBox.
Second question is that I have is that I noticed that most gaming centres in Nigeria are mostly equipped with Playstation and Xbox, however abroad, video game centres are also equipped with games from computers. Is it that Nigerians are not used to playing games from computers? I am just curious because if I could deploy the games on computers then I can have a timer just like just like GoCybertix timer used in cafes.

I think why video game centers in abroad have both consoles and pc is primarily based on preferences, most people feel more comfortable gaming on keyboards and mouse.adding pcs to you collection would be a terrible idea since most of us down here in Africa began gaming on control pads, Yes.you could attach control pads to your systems but is going to cost you a lot, considering the price to buy an high-end PC that can run recent games. My advice is to get a current gen console/consoles.concerning the timer issue,i have no idea.

I don't think OP is complaining about the boys being unable to monitor the gamers. He's complaining about the boys remitting the correct amount at the end of the day.
OP, if I'm right, I might suggest you monitor the center yourself for a week to have a rough idea the minimum and maximum amount your business makes during peak and off peak hours...this way, if you're not present and amount is totally dissimilar, then you may have to start thinking of replacing the person you hired to man the center. Though, it's hard to get a completely honest person in town these days but some things, you will just have to overlook when it happens.
