Plz house can a person with Masters in Chemistry (Pharmaceutical Chemistry option) be allowed to operate a retail pharmacy shop just like a pharmacist?

Think he would be allowed to operate a patent medicine shop.
Pharmacist are the only ones permitted to run or open a pharmacy.
Unless you find a pharmacist to register the premise for you with his or her license

A Master or even a PhD in Pharmaceutical chemistry cannot open a pharmacy. This is because pharmacy is a professional course which the practitioner must be grounded in the five arm iie
1-Pharmaceutic and Pharmaceutical technology,
2-Pharmaceutical chemistry
3- Pharmacognosy
4-Clinical Pharmacy
5- Pharmacology
Pharmaceutical chemistry is just an arm hence cannot qualify one to be a pharmacist and solely own and operate a pharmacy without a pharmacist.
It is like saying a graduate in either anatomy or physiology with Msc desiring to operate hospital and do the work of a doctor performing surgery by himself. The scope of the work exceeds his qualification
