They never accepted responsibility for ANYTHING but rather passed the buck with every single instance where they were found wanting.

In our long struggle to get those guys out, we ensured as much as we can to focus our criticisms on salient issues such as the policies of the government since those were what really had remarkable impact on the lives of the citizens. We proferred solutions where we can, but like I said, we kept our eyes on the ball- government policies and governance.
