I will not say any is better than the other but have this in mind, the Rx comes with an automatic gear while the murano is a CVT, I will strongly advice you stay clear of CVT transmissions because it just needs very very very special care 1. Change tranny oil as at when due 2. Use recommended tranny oil 3. Use the gear as specified by manufacturer If you know u can do those 3 without resulting to shortcut because of exorbitant price then buy the murano, if you can't my brother pls buy the Rx and have peace of mind. |

tonybosses:It is either you bought a lemon or you have poor maintenance culture. The murano is very reliable. However, it needs more meticulous maintenance. We are very poor with maintenance generally so go with the RX. 1 Like |

WHATEVER YOU DO, STAY AWAY FROM MURANO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The car has its notorious CVT issues, just like Primera. ITs certainly Nissan's worst car. |
