Happening now in the National Conventiom of APGA 2015 today 6th June at the Women Development Centre Awka is the election of Labaran Maku as the National Secretary and Victor Oye as the new National Chairman of the party. The election of the National Working Committee was by voice vote as all the contenstants were consensus candidates. |

It is a positive development, and I hope the party expands to other states of the federation. That should be good for the survival of the party and our democracy. |

Umeh doesnt seem to be a bad leader to me afterall. And the party looks set for national expansion especially with the addition of someone like Maku as executive member and the victories the party secure in states like bayelsa, nasarawa, taraba which ar not southeastern states. |
