Why do you think India, Chinese and American Hedge funds are “grabbing” millions of hectares of farmlands all over Africa? The answer is simple to know. It’s because Africa has the best farmland perfectly suited to achieve their dreams of successful agriculture. To them, it’s the best choice location.

For any business, it’s not enough to get just a location, it’s important to secure the perfect one. A kind that is well-positioned and strategic. Farming is not excluded in this regard. To get the best out of farming in Nigeria and achieve the dream of becoming a very successful farmer, certain factors can never be put aside. Such is their importance!

Career farmers and others, veterans, including Jasper7 (The Renowned Cucumber and Vegetable Expert who has been widely featured in National Dailies), Lesgupnigeria (The Cassava and Plantain Expert), Stanchuks (One of the biggest farmer on Nairaland), Baba Emmaajayi (The Old, self-styled plantain veteran), among others have their big farms situated right here in Hastom Green City Farm, Ogbomosho.

You want to know why? Ok, I’ll tell you. I’ll tell you what Jasper7, Stanchuks, Lesgupnigeria, Baba Emmaajayi, other farmers and clients all over the world know that made them chose Ogbomosho.

I will share 15 Indisputable Reasons why Ogbomosho is your best shot as regards to farm location.

Reason One

Benefit of Mentorship from the Agro-Community of Expert Farmers

In this Era of farming, there is greater chance that anyone who goes solo will ultimately fail. Why buy land in one isolated area and farm alone all by yourself when you can use the help of experts and draw strength from them.

Imagine yourself been in an agro-community of farm experts and crop specialists. Visualize your farm right next to that of passionate veterans like Jasper7, Lesgupnigeria, Emmaajayi, Stanchuks, Hastom Green City Farm, and others. Imagine sharing with young and old farmers of different culture and orientation using the best farming methods on their farms and planting varieties of hybrids? Can you believe the strength and encouragement you will draw from their first class experience! What a great lift that will turn out to be.

That’s the point.

The chances of failure and disappointment are greatly reduced and your efforts are multiplied.

That’s why your land must be right here in Ogbomosho.

Reason Two

Benefit of Advisory and Technical Assistance from Our Team of Experts

Imagine someone with a serious court case that really needs to be won. I bet such person wouldn’t go for a twenty two year old that just graduated from even the most prestigious law school. He will rather go for highly experienced ones like Falana and Keyamo.

Why?

Because of their Experience and expertise. By that I mean what they know and the years spent in proving that they are the best at it through their services.

When it comes to farmlands, you can’t just buy anywhere and anyhow. That’s your future, and I bet you wouldn’t want to regret your decision. You have to research the seller. What is their knowledge of Agriculture and general farming? Whom have they sold farmlands to before?

You wouldn’t want to buy from inexperienced sellers parading themselves all over social media and other advertorials. And after you have paid them, you begin to hear different touching stories grin grin grin grin grin. Your money was the most important thing to them.

Is it their fault? Maybe. You can’t give what you don’t have. They have no experience and whatsoever technical assistance that they can offer.

So, don’t expect it.

Having your land in Ogbomosho through us gives you opportunity to benefit from the technical experience offered by our Advisory and Consulting department at Hastom Global Services Ltd.

We don’t just sell lands, we help farmers make the best decisions, minimize risk, reduce losses, and improve productivity.

For all the stages, from securing land, to budget plan, to crop selection, planting, nurturing, to harvesting, and beyond, we are always there for our farmers, as the second eye.

Get your land in Ogbomosho now!

Hello he who wish to here.
I am a farmer and I sized an opportunity frm this site about how to invest on maize and cassava in ogbomosho from someone who called himself Doctor ISA I believe the poster knew him well.after we meat in ogbomosho about the plantation he gave me a quotation and forms to fill while I accepted since that was what brought me from Lag. I was told the maize will be due for harvest in 2months and after pumping money on it,I return exactly 2months and when I got there I was told to wait not to sell it until it all dry off before I could be fully ready for sale. I have no choice than to complied with them. So I started calling him to sell since they ought to have dry. All of a sudden I heard some intrude came into the farm and plunge the whole maize on two hectares of land and no one can account for it not even the security.
Since their is nothing I can do I kept on looking forward to cassava harvest since no one can just harvest without the concept of the securities.
When I learnt that the cassava is getting due for harvest I hard a call from Doctor ISA that he his leaving ogbomosho for Ekiti because he has a project over there and he refers me to a brother called samuel to call his phone number which I did.
They was a day I never told them am coming to ogbomosho and I called the brother that am in ogbomosho and when we meat he said he doesn't know how to explains to me that fulani herdsmen invade my farm and after eaten all my cassava plantations they also set it on fire in other not to leave any sign that they were the one.

I felt betrayed and I knew it was a plan effort after spending so much on the farm.so many hidden things the Doctor did but I can't explain all here and also am not sound in comprehension.
This people might look real but believe me, here in 9ja no one want to serve others to make it, except their pocket alone.

Am doing this because you might be the next victim. Don't let them cook plans of lies on your money.

BE AWARE,BE SMART AND LEARN FROM ME.

it was true that mr kenny came to our office some 11 months back that he wants to cultivate one and a half acres of maize and cassava we agreed to work with him and he deposited some money we cleared the land for him and planted maize around middle of July last year he came after the cultivation to check and even visited the farm like 2 times more after we have inter-cropped with cassava,he came around in the first week of October and said he needs some money that we should sell the maize and i advise him that its not advisable to sell wet maize that its not profitable and he agreed..i enter the farm and gave him some maize to take home..he called after 3 weeks and i told him its not yet dried i ask him for some money to weed the farm and he said i should look for a way weed it that after selling his maize he will make it up...around ending of November i went to the farm to check and to my surprise part of the maize have been harvested not only his with about 3 people around the farm akeem also a nairalander, mine and nelson also a nairalander..this land was lease to us by a manager in tewure we reported the case to him and also to the police and i informed him immediately, we search around the farm and notice they came with a small size cab over night.we also informed the farmers around..but we couldnt get any suspect..i went to the farm later on to weed and also pack the weed to surround the farm i called him around February that i will be leaving the town but want to hand his farm over to a farmer nearby to manage, they exchange no and call eachother...middle of march the man incharge of the farm called me that cow enter part of the farm and destroyed some part and fire also burnt the surrounding,i ask him what will be the next thing and he said if they weed the rest that it would be ok but mr kenny have not sent any money since i left to weed...first week of april i was told he came for harvesting without calling before, when the cassava is not yet 12 month...but i was told he did not visit the farm that day..but return halfway..he called me and i explain the situation of things to him and he said ok,i called mr sam and he said he have not call again since then...
I got this from another thread on this same issue and since the so called doctor has not deemed it fit to respond here. I thought I should quote what he said here. Seriously I think Mr Hotmas ought to have responded all this while. Because the complainant tried to link you and doctor together. Please me as a person need to know what really transpired. I believe a lot in doing research and hearing all sides. In as much as I understand from your angle, I'm somehow surprised by the silence of Mr Hotmas, and to me silence can be powerful than shouts sometimes. But if I may ask, did Mr Hotmas co-manage the farm with the doctor? Just want to understand because I am a farmer too and Ogbomosho is on our list for our next project because I understand its the best place for cashew.

I paid all expense incurred on me including securities fees which was fit monthly. To me after spending over hundred thousand naira as an under graduate without any things to show for it.
As a typical lagos boy,I don't believe the whole story rather than to accept my faith and go. It lift for others to learn from me because not every body will be able to bear such lost.

Because now another too person has commented that the Doctor is really somebody one should run away from. So that you can further help me and others considering Ogbomoso, answer my question.

My submissions:
I can deduce from here straight that Mr "Nobody" knows Hotmas personally. Hotmas knows him personally but would not want to involve himself or try to cover up for "doctorisa" and had requested "doctorisa" to come out and tell the whole truth. He tried but went under..

Doctorisa then metamorphosed to mr "Nobody".

Hotmas, please can you speak up here or put some calls through to the concerned persons and try mend the fence for them.
