Prior to May 29 he was so effective that the then president has to warn him against forming parallel govt. On inauguration he declared 'I belong to everybody I belong to nobody' what an infamous and contradictory statement. Ever since he became so dull, confused and ineffective.

Nothing has changed that much except that the lobbying for political posts and internal politricks going on in APC.

I guess it is too early to judge. One thing I am certain of is things would get better with time. It is easy to destroy than to create. Thing have really gone bad over the years and he needs the time to change things for the better.
