KANO STATE GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONAL REFORM PROCESS
The Governor of kano State Dr. Abdullahi umar Ganduje OFR as part of institutional reforms has approved the re-structuring of the present 19 ministries by reducing them to 14 in order make them more effective, functional and result oriented for service delevery. The measures is also aimed at eliminating redundancy, duplication of functions and to make them more focused and purposeful in the discharge of their respective mandates. There must be due to application of prudence, probity, transparancy and accountability in the management of public affairs.
Under the new dispensation the ministries and their parastatals are re-alighned as follows:
