1. HIV/AIDS
2. Malaria

These two diseases according to the report kill Nigerians the most.

The report says 50% of Nigerians are infected with malaria at least once in a year. Little children and pregnant women are the most affected. However the number of deaths from these diseases are gradually reducing in recent times due to efforts and measures put in place to counter them.

Other killer diseases in no specific order are:

3. Pneumonia
4. Tuberculosis
5. Diarrhoea
6. Yellow fever
7. Measles
