I'm no longer disappointed in d coaching crew if the head coach, Okon can say "i dnt know anythin about them (Australia), and i dnt care to know, the first 5 mins of the match will judge"...

Very unprofessional word to use " i dnt care to know".

AIT on Startimes is showing it. The gist you DSTV - owner guys should know is that NTA/Startimes bought the sole rights to air these World Cup matches in Nigeria, just as super sports/ multi choice bought the Copa America, 80% of the EPL and Tuesday Champions League matches, among others.

It is a "rights" matter. We should look to encourage Nigerian institutions. Imagine what it would have been like if Startimes didn't bid for these world cups...

Let's hope we can someday watch all the European league matches we wish as well as the Nigerian league matches on NTA/STARTIMES someday soon.

Meanwhile, it is 0-1 at halftime in this must-not-lose game...

Our problems as a footballling country is that we have talent in abundance, that's why we win cadet competitions fairly easily but we LACK technique as well as building/maintenance ability of both men and resources!

HITV where are they?

the left defensive side is very weak and the central defence is not coordinated. The falcons need to physically bully this Aussies to get at least a point.

Lol. A point?

Then they shouldn't have gone to the competition in the first place
Re: Nigeria Vs Australia: Women's World Cup (0 - 2) On 13th June 2015 by 2undeajigs: 10:59pm On Jun 12, 2015
It appears DSTV has temporarily blocked Nigerians from watching the game on the only channel(AIT) showing it angry. This is probably because non of DSTV's sports channels (super sports) bought the viewing rights to show the women's world cup in African countries.I don't know what rights AIT has to show this game, but as a Nigerian I don't care. This is a spit on the face of football loving Nigerians by yet another southafrican company. When will this craziness stop? When will Nigeria come through with a strong/reliable competition to DSTV monopoly. This guys are trampling on us both home and in their own country.

The reason why AIT DSTV/GOTV cannot show this match is simply because: AIT is copying the match from STARTIMES station with StarTimes logo attached to the screen.
So it will be like an insult / ego for DSTV channel to show a match copied from its competitor and the competitor's logo will be showing on dstv

My recommendations for future senior team
1. No one should make our team without having obtained a good score in IQ tests. Football involves the brain too which both some of our players and technical crew lack

They play like MEN!!!
And it's not as if we don't have the players to execute these things. This is very annoying

Nwabuoku and Ayinde in the midfield are virtually clueless and unexpected spectators.

We are being outnumbered

Australia are playing 4-3-3

Ngozi Okobi should be asked to join the midfield especially with nwabuoku on a yellow card

Ohale is the weak link in defence

Coach should do something about her

That Ohale chic playing R.B is such a waste, she throws the ball out of play, kicks it out of play and can't even tackle. Fam, that Okobi chic dey ball abeg, so intelligent and why is Oshoala playing on the wings?
