Bros, truth is no job without hassles, rigors and the likes. But one thing is sure, for more than 50% job security go for FINA Trust, the targets are very realizable, achievable and you maintain an existing portfolio.

You've got a job, keep it, regardless of its stress. Nobody bag is better according to Baco Super Sack.

I don't know of Fina Trust but some MFBs pay in 6digits, someone I know earns up to 300k. Even if Fina pays less it's still better than FCMB contract job except if what they are offering you is not on contract.

OP, see, I worked as a marker for fcmb truaot last year and it was hell I had to quit...
Currently I jus finished my field Training with a MFi as a loan officer, but it was another worse experience..
The shortcomings and challenges are 50% unbearable.
As a credit/loan officer u will av to make sure all loans are recover evryday but u won't be using low voice oo nor ur normal voice, infact as u'r collecting doze daily loans ur behavour wi av to change cox u know some debtor are nt ready to pay and ur own responsibility is to mak sure all loans are recovered, so automatically, u won't be taking it eazy wit dem..u wi be using voices da wi make dem to fear u at d end u wi turn out to be behaving lyk a "TOUT' 'GARRAGE BOY' 'DISREPECTFUL PERSON' and worst still u wi av to be talking with abusive words @least to recover ur money nah..
All diz u wi doin evryday, @d end u wi get use to diz behaviors.
Wo my guy, datz y I jus tink of quiting cox as a graduate of a whole Proffessional Course of Study, I can't turn mysef to somtin else all in d name of earning salary dat wi nt even turn my lyf around and wich wi nt give me d oppotunity to search for anoda fruitful job dat wi advance my career prospect.
But u can go for it, if u feel u av no choice and much dependants are on u. But do not tink of FCMB marketing oo.
MY LITTLE KOBO
