Questions are being asked who commenced the maintenance of PH Refinary which we are told would be ready for production in July. I think a perfect mind should know that the maintenance should have commenced before 29May because TAM can never be within 2months or less. Those giving credit to Pmb to me are same dullard who know nothing but acrimony. Very soon too when the standard gauge rail line from Abuja to Kaduna start functioning they will say it's Buhari that commenced it. In how many months they don't care. Cheap dullards.
