We know how OBJ and the NASS bastardized our constitution with the amendment of the constitution in 1999 which protected criminals like NASS members.
They won't pass any law that will not guarantee their thieving inclinations and selves except they are willing to deliberately remove the sand from under their legs.

The only way out is a referendum on those areas of the constitution that needs to be changed as even protests won't move these criminals.
