I am sure the white guy didn't put up a fight. I am certain that most black offenders will put up a fight rather than obey simple police instruction. You can't go all 'gang-shit' on the cops without feeling the heat. I learnt at a young age never to put up or perceived to be putting up resistance to any law enforcement officer. Even if your rights were being trampled upon, listen obey and afterwards you can go after them with your lawyer. Rather than resisting and getting mauled which leaves you either dead or with bruised and broken bones with a slim chance of winning your case against them.
