*.Fill the "New Applicant" form.
*.NOTE:If you have filled the "New Applicant form
before, click on "Continue Application" to continue
with your registration.
*.Proceed to Login to make payment and complete your
Application Form.
*.NOTE: Payment is made with MasterCard and
VisaCard
*.Print the photo card for your screening examination.

for 2015/2016 academic session is now sale available
for the amount of #3,500 naira only.
The form is to purchased online on the school
website www.mapoly.edu.ng with your debit card
(ATM card).
NOTE: Only MASTER CARD AND VISA CARD can be
used to purchase online.
