Senator Bukola Saraki’s trip to seek the assistance of former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, in resolving the crisis in the All Progressives Congress, may have ended in futility. According to Punch Newspapers, President Buhari as well as leaders of the APC were still upset at the manner in which Saraki emerged Senate President against the party’s wishes, by forming an alliance with the Peoples Democratic Party.
