Yh, the fast this year is real isn't it - from around 4 am to 9 pm from mid-June to mid-July! It's so hottt out! Be sure to drink plenty of water w/ your Suhoor, Adam. And hydrate yourself first thing come Iftar.

Tbh, I only fasted once for the first time the other day...I think fasting holds a lot of positives aside from the usual religious association. And I never claimed to be an atheist.
