Hey guys do employers/companies discriminate the NYSC exemption certificate?..Is the NYSC exemption Certificate recognised in place of the NYSC discharge certificate?...Please i need answers

It is not discriminated, both are recognised

Both are the same just that age factor comes in. Some company won't go after people whose age is above 30 but I don't think there discrimination.
