the dirt has covered half of the road leaving the little space for cars to pass through. the road itself is a death trap.

It's not the job of the FG to fix state roads. The FG is only responsible for federal roads that run from one state to the other. If this road is a state road you should be asking your governor to fix it.
If it is a federal road your state senators are responsible for lobbying the government to fix it.
