I am a dog lover of German Shepherd/ Rottweiler was just thinking which of them have d best looks, behaviour, more social, security conscious and fatal in attack, just thought of observing ur views in NL b4 saying my mind@ dogs lovers/ breeders. thanks and keep d thread going.....   |

GSD is more social and look more adorable, but rotties look is a deterrent. Rot's attack is more fatal, as for security rotties being a natural guard dog would do a better job any day. GSD are far more intelligent but rotties are dare devil, both breed would make excellent companion any day. |

chucky234:you are right when it comes to being alert i give that to gsd have you looked at a gsd sleep before look at the ears they are always moving any little sound there ears quickly move to that direction for my area they fear gsd more than rotti they normally call it police dog which they are, if you are talking about swag i give that to gsd like my guy said rotti attack is more fatal that's true gsd can be very destructive and playful gsd are more territorial they are always on the move they hardly rest and move protective let go over to rotties they are mean when it comes to guarding they are good they are not the playing type they always mean business they hardly get along with outside dogs rotties are more aggressive 1 Like |

yap love gsd for their standing alert ear really unique but why do. ppl. in Nigeria like calling only gsd policedog any breed. of dog can be police dog. when it is trained by them. now I heard dat police dogs are black dogs. nawa for naija ooo |

Dochman224: Back in the days, the breed associated with police in Nigeria was the German Shepherds hence the monkier Police dogs.. That's what I think anyway.. |
