1.You will have to visit the head office to value what they have already invested and structure they have put down so far.
2.You will have to take all due diligence before investing your money.
3.You will have to seek an advice from the people that already know about the business , before investing.
4.We will have to enter into real legal agreement before investing.
5.We shall include you as one of the director and allot a 2 million SHARE CAPITAL out of 20 MILLION SHARE CAPITAL from the CORPORATE AFFAIR COMMISSION.
