Benchmark, is among the least rated hotels in Owerri. When u talk of classy and high ranking hotels in Nigeria, Owerri hotels top the list. Hotels such as Villa Garden, Imo Concord hotel, Titanic View Hotel, Cubana, Rock View Hotel, Immaculate Hotel, and so many others tops the hotels in Owerri.

Hotels and Owerri is like groundnut and bannana. It is their own way of industrilization.
