lygn19:Too arrogant to call Lagos his father's property but too broke to own a piece swamp with his name inked on C&O.. Btw, it's certificate of occupancy not ownership b4 the law!! |
Re: Ladipo Market Demolished by aresa: 4:16am On Jul 01, 2015 |
adconline: It's not ownership, it's a 99 years lease agreement with the state to let you stay on that land which in effect and perpetually belongs to the state regardless your C/C. C/C is also revocable anytime anyday.. 2 Likes |

aresa:Reread what u highlighted.. I said certificate of occupancy. Land belongs to the govt - 1978.. But the person with C/O still has the first right of refusal. |

EasternPride:See things from his viewpoint bro Nothing unites a people more than the sense of persecution.. Check Israel, Goguryeo, US etc.these nations came into existence as a result of the sense of persecution that the inhabitants felt, which made them rebel against the prevailing order. Igbos have to made to feel that sense of persecution.. That's why as a supporter of the resurgence of the Biafran Empire,I'd back any plans that makes Igbos in non SE/SS Nigeria unsecure.
