Why dont bank robbers and petty thieves file for injunction after their crime, maybe they are just silly or greedy, they dont want to pay the legal fee......

no. most times those thieves are always caught in the crime and if not thy abscond and forget the legal process until they are arrested and charged to court. its at the police station most of them start requesting lawyers or call friends to get lawyers for them

Oga lawyer if ur client dey innocent he should just go and honour the EFCC invitation after all they will not do him anything just bail money. How many of the rogues like kwankwaso has efcc been able to jail. They are only good in counting hundred charges at the end the court will dismiss the case based on lack of merit.

The first law of power is to totally decimate and render useless the combined forces that propelled you into position of authority. The logic is if they have the power to elevate you, then they also have the power to bring you down. Obasanjo failed to do that and it almost cost him nomination for reelection, Jonathan failed to do same and he is out of power.

Buhari failed to do it as a military head of state and he was booted out with ignominy. Babangida sacked the entire supreme military council in one day making him the sole authority in the land , then reconstituted it with lackeys and cronies.ambitious officers like Vatsa were found guilty of coup plotting and executed inspite of worldwide plea for mercy. Abacha as the maximum ruler used the Okigbo report on the gulf oil windfall to checkmate his benefactor, Babangida, hauled into prison Abiola and other prominent Nigerians who urged him to take over from Shonekan , Yarardua, Obasanjo and Diya were roped in as accomplices in a contrived coup plot and sent to jail where they could not have the influence to cause any damage.

Seems Buhari learnt a lesson from his last inglorious outing, Tinubu is being checkmated , ambitious supporters like Kwankwassiya may spend the next four years trying to avoid arrest and prosecution for fraud
