Nails and lighter? Seriously? undecided

For the uninformed, nails are an essential part of IED's and the proveribal icing on the cake for terrorist bomb makers. Shrapnel is sent flying in all directions to cause even more collateral damage than an ordinary blast could achieve. Even ISIS militants are known to use nails in bomb making to ensure maximum kills.

This could be the major reason why the suspect was detained. The report should me taken seriously. Terrorism is no joke.

The OP said 'some nails'. So how many nails are required to make a bomb??

I think the way these Igbos are escalating the issue of boko haram might be detrimental to them afterall. Firstly, this reporter ought to have been arrested for sensationalism expecially writing a report that is unfounded, full of lies and assumptions. So how does a boko haram look? Is anyone that dresses in a northern attire now a BH member. Igbos be careful, you cannot win if u embark on a stupid war. The so called radio biafra is a fruad.

OK..what of IBO + south south?

Pandemonium broke out Tuesday evening at Nkpor
Junction in Idemili North Local Government Area of
Anambra state, near Onitsha, when information filtered
that a man suspected to be a Boko Haram member was
spotted in the area with explosive materials on his
person.

According to eye witness account, the man, a
Northerner, had boarded a bike from Umuoji community
to an undisclosed destination and the cyclist who
became uncomfortable with his mannerisms and the
contents of the passenger’s bag, suddenly stopped at
Nkpor junction and alerted the armed men of the
Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) who
quickly cordoned off the area and made to arrest the
man.

The Northerner resisted arrest and engaged the officers
in a struggle before punching one of them. The officers
finally overpowered him and frantically searched his bag
as on-lookers and inhabitants of the area scampered for
safety, suspecting that the man may be carrying a bomb
or other explosive device.

The news quickly spread within Onitsha and environs,
even as some shop owners within the area quickly made
efforts to close and run away from the scene.
Our reporter on the scene confirmed the incident from a
civil defense officer, who said officers over-powered the
suspect and whisked him off to their office for
interrogation.
He noted that on getting to their office, the man was
searched and some six inches nails and a lighter were
found in his bag.

There has been heightened fear and apprehension in
Anambra since the reported relocation from the north of
the detained Boko Haram insurgents to Ekwulobia
prisons in Aguata Local Government Area of the state. A
situation that has made residents fear that Boko
Haram might invade the state in retaliatory attacks.

Nail and lighter? grin grin grin but seriously what is he doing with the nail, is he a carpenter? GMB should not allow what happened in Onitsha in 2006 to repeat itself, he should relocate those people where they committed the crime or is it not how is being done? Why crossing 7 rivers and seas just to bring trouble to a peaceful state? He should know that light and dark does not have anything in common because Anambra is the light of the nation while the BH are the dark of the nation, please he should try and remove the monkey's hand from the pot of soup before it resembles human's hand.
