I got this info from an insider at Diamond Bank ...Immediate but temporary suspension of transactions in the United Arab Emirates to address unusual spend trend in the region ..., am sure this will affect a lot of people ,it affected me big time,banked on my Diamond bank card ,had to transfer funds out to other bank,what if i didn't carry another card for this 2 weeks Dubai trip |
