The Nigerian Police Force is filth, honestly. How can they be overhauled? Here's my suggestion: The FG can afford to recruit corpers directly into the PF after their passing out. The FG can set up a fund to train 20,000 corpers overseas every year in absorb them into the PF. Over a period of 10years, they'd have recruited 200,000 well-trained graduates into the PF and gradually retire/retrench some of the present crop of policemen/women who are not qualified to be there.
