i think in every sector obasanjo's(civilian) admin was better than that of babangida, for one obasanjo liberalized the education sector with the allowance for the creation of private universities while his privatization liberalization drive of the economy led to the creation of steady jobs for thousands of youths in differnt sectors of the economy eg telecommunications and banking

they both failed considering the enormous resources and power at their disposal.

since none of them made the pass mark, there is absolutely no point debating who was better.
