A 4-storey building said to be under construction collapsed in the Sabo area of Lagos this afternoon. Not sure if there were people in the building at the time of the collapse. Continue to see more photos from the incident...

On till we put much value in human lives in Nigeria, we ain't going nowhere as a nation, no rules guiding developers, and so called owner also look 4 d cheapest builders, Nigeria is just a lawless country...we lost so many innocent lives

For God sake where's standard organization of nigeria.... all dis yeye agencies collecting salary without working enh....so gloomy

I know the place beside the hotel.sabo yaba soil structure is not exactly a straight forward place to build.at one point sub soil is good if you are building a bungalow in another area it requires serious subsoil rework or pilling most especially for low rise buildings.
Hope no one was involved.
