With a wide experience. In hotel management and events , I have finally carved a niche in that market that I intend to exploit.
I currently quit my job as a hotel supervisor to test this idea and it has received huge response.

Incase you want to underestimate the service opportunity in the hotel industry then you should know the foLlowing:

* there are more than a thousand hotels in lagos alone , half of them are owned by people with the idea of satisfying customers and a good service approach.

* some are actually not making profit.
*some poorly run.
* most are looking for customers , even with great facilities.

* lagos alone has a huge business traffic that pay heavily for high rated hotels for less service.

* some Nigerian states have huge tourism potentials that even their state govts can't manage.

I'm looking to take a big leap into this industry and I'm looking for an active investor.
My target base capital is 2 million Naira, but an interested party with less could call and we can weigh our enthusiasm and connection .

The income potentials are massive and returns on investment could be about 200% of investment in less than a year.
