i really need to lay my hands on those fishes. the catfish taste is too dullish here. i don't know why they remove the skin selling me bare catfish. where can i find those fish? i remember going to a farmer market with my sister last year. the catfish was sooooooooooooo huge i was a bit scared. we bought 4 of them. just one filled the pot because it was just too big. but the taste was out of this world the only thing i thot of doing then was smoking it with her charcoal grill then make egusi or ogbono soup with but for the neighbor. |
