Some amount of moni was sent to me yesterday into ma acct buh I was unable 2 cash due 2 d bvn stuff.though I just open d acct sum weeks bk now m very sick and can't walk down 2 d bank.so d question is can I send sum1 2 withdraw d moni 4 me tru ATM with out any stress of bvn.

yes someone can withdraw for you if you have active and valid atm card and provide you trust the person to release your atm pin number to him/her. so no BVN wahala for that.
