See why it's not good to over worry yourself. The child should be warming up for secondary school by next year.

While it's recommended to speak with a dental professional since your baby has not grown a tooth or teeth yet at 9 months old, note that the normal age range for a baby's first tooth is wide and ranges from four to 15 months.

That was how a 13 months old late bloomer grew up and down teeth within a week. Yours too may be a late bloomer.
