Hello,

I am a Nigerian and I live in Uganda.

I have two VISA debit cards connected to my PayPal. One is my Nigerian UBA Africard and the other is my Ugandan UBA Africard.

The address on my Paypal is my Ugandan address.

To cut the long story short, I sent $40 payment to a Ugandan company from my PayPal (the Nigerian debit card connected) and they accidentally refunded it.

Now, it shows it has been refunded but I have not seen an alert from UBA and it would be a week on Monday since the refund.

Do I have any hope of getting back the $40 or I should just take it as my loss?

It wont be refunded to your card but to your paypal account balance

I would give it a few more days and if it not showing up - contact UBA.
Paypal has done their bit.
