While trying to bring back the bluetooth and wifi of one of my friend's tecno phantom to normalcy it resulted to handflashing the phone and so i took the phone and i boot into factory mode which was written in another language,and selected third to the last line that had something written like"e MMC" and after that the phone will just boot and after "tecno" appears it goes off again and boot again to that same point and goes of again.PLS those anyone know the solution to this problem i need your help and assistance.

This morning , it was someone else complaining about another Tecno phone...2mrw i bet u we'll see another one.

Hold down the volume down key and power button together. Then format it, back up and then restore. The menu displayed would be in English

Thanks for your idea,but the issue is how do i know what i'm doing,remember its not english

Atimes it brings up the English menu. Try the volume up key + power key.
I have experienced such before.
