Collecting loans is the first thing , holding the leaders accountable is another thing , whether you like it or not, if the loans are really used in diversifying the economy, and used for our much needed infrastructure such as rail, power and agriculture, NIgeria will be better off for it. The only problem I have with this might be IMF conditions for granting us the loan.
