JOB DESCRIPTION

Chief Sales Executive
*Identifying suitable business products for the company's niche.
*Negotiations placement and strategic partnership with store merchants on our e-commerce platform.
*Maintain and strengthen relationship with business partners.
*Monitor and ensure that business partners meet up with company's goals, brand image in provision of goods and delivery of goods.
*Verifying accounts of store merchants in our online website.
*Working hand in hand with the marketing executive in directing and monitoring a team of marketers involved in marketing duties of the company.
*Spearheading the creation of a channel of store merchants around local, regional and national levels with our e-commerce system.

QUALIFICATION
* A bachelors degree, HND or OND preferably in marketing or related field
*4months - 2years experience in marketing
*Charismatic personality with solid marketing background.
*Must be a self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is enthusiastic, energetic, and personable.

SKILLS
*Comprehend and use basic language, either written or
spoken, to communicate information and ideas.
*Must possess strong communication and listening skills,
excellent speaking, reading and writing.
*Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
*Established assessment and decision making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
*Demonstrate the ability to set priorities, organize time, demonstrate initiative, and work independently.
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
*Formulate and apply appropriate course of action for routine or familiar situations.
*Ability to effectively deal with internal and external
customers and staff, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
