1. OBSERVATION.Patients a mad man and woman behaviour:very aggressive where brought to my lab.
OBJECTIVE.to carry out nine different medical,radiological,physiology,neurological,biochemical test.on the patients.
REACTION. Was observed
PROOF. The examiner instructed that the aggressive patients should not be tied,THAT WAS NOT WISE,they damaged the web cam, my only PROOF.when i was collecting there samples.PROOF LOST NOT MY FAULT,
RESULTS were recorded, but examiner did not provide a column for results.
