Synopsis: Father Ephraim was deployed to Anaedo kingdom where he comes in contact with a people full of hypocrisy. They reject Christianity and instead choose to worship Ekeogba (the goddess of Anaedo). He tries to uncover their barbaric tradition but is met with resistance from the villagers with no one willing to help him, not even the said catechist.
Adaku (Ebube Nwagbo) is married to Onuegbu who insulted Ekeogba in his music despite warnings from family and friends. He dies afterwards and she is left to face the curse of Ekeogba.
Will she be able to face what is to come? Will Onuegbu be buried in the same barbaric manner as is with the tradition of the people?

Brief Review: This movie enlightens us on the happenings still existent in some communities. The blatant refusal to accept Christianity and the strong belief in false gods. It also shows the pains and suffering some people have to go through in such communities for something that is not of their own making. In as much as everyone is entitled to their own belief, no one is supposed to suffer or get hurt in the process.

There is no much negative remark. There just seem to be an unnecessary time waste in some scenes. The movie is a good watch. I enjoyed every bit of it and will recommend you watch it too.
