1. He and and his entourage were received and hosted by the US government. 2. He was lodged in Blair House for the first time. 3. Funny stories flying in the social media about Oshiomole's suit and Rochas sleeping off in one of the sessions (at least I saw Oshiomole's picture at the US airport, probably he swam his way while others were on the plane). 4. The trip cost Nigeria N2.2 Billion Naira. 5. He secured a loan of $2.1 Billion from World Bank in order to rebuild the North East which peace is yet to be guaranteed. 6. He rejected gay rights issue. 7. He promised to send a formal invitation for Obama to come to Nigeria. 8. The US refused to sell military hardware to help in the combat against Boko Haram. 9. He made it clear that people that gave him 97% votes cannot in all honesty be treated the same with constituencies that gave him 5%. 10. Nigerians that wanted to be part of a town hall meeting with him were barred from the meeting. |
