I am in same shit too o, I have learnt a great lesson for life and I thank GOD it happened at this stage of my life. I have always be so careful with all these people that call themselves fundermentals managers no matter the intrest they propose. But I never knew they will get me through a close one, because I know if not for that my money would not have gone in. My lesson now is that I suspect business propossers from close ones nowadays.

Op, go to the Legal Department of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, (3rd Floor or thereabout. just ask anyway) and make your complain. But be sure the cash was for investment in the NSE.
Go there with all your supporting documents to prove your case.
Goodluck!
