It is only a foolish person that would be expecting PMB to treat each region equally in all areas. PMB made it clear that 'in some issues', areas that did not support him should not expect the same treatment as areas that supported him.

Besides, PMB said it will only be "in some areas" but that he would develop every area of the nation as required by the constitution.
