Am planning to purchase goods online but am troubled with these questions. 1. If the exchange rate for the day is for example 150 to a dollar will the bank charge more on my debit mastercard if am buying from US. 2. Using PayPal to pay for goods, will PayPal charge me for the purchase and how much will they charge if paying for goods of $81 or about #18000. Your help is very very appreciated. |

paypal do charge percentage for their service.also, paypal does not determine exchange rate, your bank does..the only payment paypal is after is service charge which will be added to your payment |
