It is obvious that Over 20 Million Nigerians were unable to collect their PVCs before the 2015 general Election. Since INEC is sure that the Voter Cards are ready for collection by those who are unable to collect their, When will they (INEC) give us the PVCs? Should we wait for 2019 and start another hurdle of registration at the die minute and be denied the voter card again? I know many people will compare Jonathan with every other person. |
