i think you are right...every each one of us,look for his or her own electricity,,,everybody should stop paying nepa bill,if you dont have 24hr. electricity,,,,,save the money and instead buy a generator or solar-panels...........
that's right! How can we b paying for 15mins electricity, it doesn't make sense.
